What we collect
When you purchase or request an Estimate Rescue Sprint, we may collect your business contact information, checkout details handled by our payment processor, intake answers, and the estimate CSV you choose to provide.
Data minimization
Submit only the information needed to rank estimates and draft follow-ups. Do not provide passwords, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical information, government IDs, financing applications, or other sensitive data. Customer first name plus last initial or an internal record ID is preferred.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver the requested sprint, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. Estimate Rescue does not send messages to your customers and does not sell submitted estimate data.
Service providers and retention
We may use payment, hosting, file-storage, and AI service providers to deliver the service. Access is limited to what is needed for fulfillment. Submitted estimate files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery unless a shorter period is requested or law requires retention.
Your responsibilities and choices
You must have authority to provide the records you submit. You may request access, correction, or early deletion by contacting hello@estimate-rescue.com.
